Partner Support Portal
Eligibility AI User Interface
Payer Attachment Submissions
DentalXChange platform logins
SFTP and API access (e.g., auth.dentalxchange.com, webservices.dentalxchange.com)
VPN Tunnels
We are seeing reports from some clients that they are unable to access these solutions over the public internet or from certain networks, while others are unaffected. Our technical teams are actively working with our provider and internal infrastructure teams to monitor routing paths and restore full access as ISP-level routes stabilize.

We are currently experiencing an internet outage, impacting both inbound and outbound communication from our data center. While all internal systems remain fully functional and operational, this is still impacting the Eligibility AI user interface (UI).
