Please be advised that DentalXChange has scheduled maintenance for all DentalXChange systems, beginning Saturday, October 10, 2026, at 8:00 PM Pacific Time. The maintenance window is scheduled to last 6 hours, ending Sunday, October 11, 2026, at 2:00 AM Pacific Time. With the exception of FTP and SFTP file transfer, all DentalXChange systems will be inaccessible during the maintenance window. Real-time transactions submitted during this period will not be received; please plan to submit before 7:30 PM Pacific Time on Saturday. Files uploaded by FTP or SFTP during the window will be held and processed after maintenance is complete.
