Please be advised that DentalXChange has scheduled extended maintenance for all DentalXChange systems, beginning Friday, September 18, 2026 at 6:00 PM Pacific Time. The maintenance window is scheduled to last 54 hours, ending Monday, September 21, 2026 at 12:00 AM (midnight) Pacific Time. With the exception of FTP and SFTP file transfer, all DentalXChange systems will be inaccessible during the maintenance window. Real-time transactions submitted during this period will not be received; please plan to submit before 6:00 PM Pacific Time on Friday. Files uploaded by FTP or SFTP during the window will be held and processed after maintenance is complete.
